Whenever you’re feeling sluggish, reach for Peppermint for a midday boost of energy. Due to its menthol properties, it can induce a cooling sensation when applied to the skin. When experiencing head or neck tension, dilute Peppermint to a carrier oil for a soothing massage. When you’re feeling nauseous or need support for respiratory health, it can be helpful to take in its scent through a personal inhaler.

 

How to Use

Diffuse into the air using your favorite diffuser or add a few drops in a carrier oil to a warm bath to help with tension. Peppermint is great added to unscented lotion or carrier oil for a massage or pedicure.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 5% in a carrier.
